Why even after 70 years of his disappearance, the people of India are so keen on finding out the truth about Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose? A part of the answer has to do with what Netaji did for us.
Truth in the Memory Hole:—–But the thing is that this answer is known to everyone. Question is that did Netaji really die in the Plane crush? And, if this was true, why is the revolutionary leader’s file such a top Secret? Why are Netaji Papers under RTI Act?
Mukherjee Commission submitted its report on November 8, 2005. The commission’s findings are as follows:
(1) Netaji did not die in August 1945, Taipei plane crash as reported.
(2) The ashes at Tokyo’s Renkoji temple are not his.
(3) The story of the crash was a trick to help him escape, and the Japanese and Taiwanese governments knew about it.
(4) The Indian government suppressed a report by the Taiwanese government which stated this in 1956.
(5) Netaji is now dead.
But after 1945…where was Netaji? – The Biggest Cover up
Indian history generates a great passion and excitement in the death of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. It was expected that all governments, starting with the one led by Jawaharlal Nehru has declined to make the voluminous files pertaining to the national hero’s life and death public. But this wish couldn’t be fruitful. Was Russia and Nehru’s conspiracy responsible for Netaji’s disappearing? Indian Intelligence stated clearly that Bose was alive in Russia. But where was he in Russia? The revolutionary freedom-fighter, who was ready to give his last drop of blood for India’s freedom, who uttered that ‘Give me blood, and I’ll give you freedom!’’, Where was he after India achieved it’s freedom!!? As a prisoner in Russia?
• Was the ‘Nehru- Russia’ Settlement responsible for this??
After Independence, Nehru became the first Prime Minister of India. If Subhas Chandra Bose was in India, definitely the graph would be another. That time, ‘Nehru- Russia Settlement’ came. India was entitled to be the main partner of Russia’s international business. But why? A country, who achieved freedom very recently, how much strength it had that it can bear such a responsibility to become the main ‘profit responsibility’ for another country’s business. Economically, India, itself was not at all strong then. Still, Nehru agreed with this settlement. Why? What was the main pressure point entrusted upon Nehru that time?

12524038_484773665041036_7146644765001323424_nLal Bahadur Shastri: Conspiracy on his sudden death. Death or Murder?
After Pandit Nehru, the next Prime Minister was Lal Bahadur Shastri. Shastri went to USSR for the Tashkent talks. But the talks did not proceed. However, what did he notice in Russia? Whom did he recognize that time? Even in the press conference he stated that he will bring someone to India from Russia which will be a great surprise for all the Indians. Who is the ‘Someone’, whom he wanted to refer that time? Question is still a Mystery because Lal Bahadur Shatri was found dead in Russia, just the next day.
It was officially stated that cardiac arrest was the main reason for his death. But the actual story was something else. His wife Lalita Shastri alleged that her husband was poisoned as Shastri’s body’s turning blue was evidence of his poisoning. This was not possible, if he had died from cardiac arrest.
But what was the ‘living truth’ he discovered for which he had to die? Who was his killer? That is still in doubt. Our Indian Government released no information about his death and the media then was kept silent. Remember, ‘India-Russia’ Settlement was still intact then, and breaking the settlement would cause a major hit to Russian Economy.
The shocking fact is that no post-mortem happened for Panditji’s sudden death in the land of Russia. Is a prime minister’s death in a foreign country so common matter that no investigation would happen in that country, and even in India?
After Lal Bahadur Shastri, next Prime Minister was Mrs Indira Gandhi. Till the Indian Government proves otherwise, one theory can be that Lal Bahadur Shastri was murdered to benefit Indira Gandhi and Russia. Indira Gandhi’s relationship with Russia was bound by the Winner’s strategy. India was close to Russia, and according to the law of ‘India-Russia’ settlement, India purchased Arms, Scientific Equipments etc. from Russia.
The reasons for Shastri’s mysterious death can be:
• Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose was inside a jail in USSR. (He died in 1976)
• USSR was threatening Jawaharlal of Netaji’s release if business was not done with them.
• USSR can’t threaten Lal Bahadur Shastri because if Panditji knows about Netaji, he would have fought for his release.
• USSR wanted somebody in power who can be threatened and utilized.
• Indira Gandhi was consulted by Sr. Defense Official (He wrote in Diary)
• In Tashkent (USSR), Panditji was given poison in the milk. He went to Coma and died.
• There was no inquiry / committee given to check the whole thing. Media was made silent.
• Indira Gandhi came into power and USSR had good business thereafter.
After Indira Gandhi was in power, all Netaji Files were in the grave of strict RTI ACT.
Was this the destiny of this freedom fighter who was the main responsible person to achieve India’s freedom? Who first showed the citizens the meaning of freedom, and then himself got a prisoner’s life in another country’s jail! Didn’t he deserve the right to see his Incredible Independent India?
It is high time we ask the political leaders to answer two questions: (1) why will disclosure of secret documents relating to Netaji adversely affect India’s relations with any foreign country? and (2) how will disclosure of these documents create law and order problem? Since the politicians would never answer these questions, it is for us, people of India, to analyse and answer these questions.
